BRAISED DISHES

Peposo is beef stew that spends a whole night braising with black pepper, garlic, sea salt, red wine and nothing else,

in the magic of a hot oven. It is ready to go, just heat and ladle into a bowl over a hearty slice of toasted bread. The wine, red of course, must be ready in your glass, awaiting its turn.

Ingredients:

Beef, RED WINE, salt, fresh garlic, black pepper.
